Not sure on which size to buy? Get in touch to send me your measurements and I will let you know, which size best fits you! Size chart shows general body measurements on which garment patterns are made on before adding ease (the room in the garment that allows you to move).

 

HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

Bust: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: Measure all the way around the slimmest part of your waist.

Hips: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your hips.

 

WHAT DOES SLOW FASHION MEAN AND HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK ?

Slow Fashion means that you are buying pieces developed in sizes that will be handcrafted in limited quantities, adopting the Couture tailoring process. Like every Slow Fashion brand, I value Quality over quantity, this is what makes it special and exclusive!

My entire design process, from initial sketches, to patterns, to the final product, takes place in my studio in Bellport, NY. Collections are made using only the best materials, personally hand-picked from fabric warehouses. All pieces are made in limited quantities depending on the availability of textiles.

CARE

I suggest that you dry-clean all of your delicate special pieces unless the label says to wash them on delicate cycle with cold water and line dry them.

If needed, always remember to use your iron on low or to use your iron temperature accordingly to your garment's fabric.

 

SHIPPING

Orders shipping of garments within the continental US is always FREE and shipped via USPS Ground (2-3 days delivery).

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are shipped via USPS Ground mail for FREE.

I do not offer International Shipping at this time but you can contact me and I can arrange that for you!

After shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your special Elisabetta Bellu piece from my studio to your door.

I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they have been shipped and a tracking number has been provided. Always contact your mail carrier to solve any shipping/delivery issues.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Pieces that are ready to ship: It will generally take 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Preorders: Please allow between 2 and 3 weeks. I'll be working for you and I will ship as soon as your piece is ready. Lead times can vary depending on volume of orders.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE - CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY SPECIAL PIECE AND IF SO, HOW?

Items must be returned within 7 business days from the day of receipt. If 7 business days have passed since the receipt of your package, I do not offer a refund.
As all Elisabetta Bellu pieces are quality controlled by hand prior to shipping, in order to be eligible for a return items must be unworn, with no marks or damage and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be in their original packaging and with tags upon return. 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact me for your return and attach a copy of your receipt if it was a gift (otherwise I can find you in the system through the order #).

US domestic returns

Contact me and I will provide you with a shipping label. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Return Shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns that are sent without our authorization will be refused.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

All “bespoke/custom made” garments are NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE.

 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Return Shipping will be deducted from your refund.


LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me directly.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded. All sales are final for sale items. If unsure of your size, I can send you exact measurements of bust, waist, hips of  garments that you find on the website.

COLOR ANALYSIS

This is a high-demand, limited-availability service and all bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is accommodated whenever possible with advance notice.
